Is the damp survey really free?

Yes! As long as you live within 15 miles of Stockton-On-Tees or within a 20 minute drive, and also you own the property.

What if I don’t own the property, don't live within 15 miles, or I'm not within a 20 minute drive?

We will still come out at a charge of  £97.00 which will be reimbursed to you if you choose to go ahead with the work required.

What system do you use to cure my damp problem?

We use a full Dryzone system that will cure your problem rather then just mask the issue for a small amount of years. We provide a permanent solution to your damp issue. We DO NOT use cheap render and sand cement mixes that take 9 months to set and only permit the use of certain paints after this period. We DO NOT use tanking on walls that create water bands after a certain period of time, unless it is needed in specialist cases.

What is so special about the Dryzone system?

This is an express damp curing system designed to rectify any damp problem. From us finishing the job to roughly 5 days later, you can use any paint or wallpaper you like to redecorate. What happens if you cease trading?
